Return Period

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange, without providing any reason.

After notifying us, you will have an additional 14 calendar days to send the item back.
Conditions

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging.

Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for:

Customized or made-to-order products.

Hygiene or health products (such as brushes, grooming gloves) once the hygiene seal has been broken.

Pet food and snacks (perishable goods).

Gift cards and sale items.
Shipping Costs

Change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defect, damage, or incorrect item: PawMilia will cover the costs and provide a free replacement or full refund.
