Refund and Return Policy

At PawMilia, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Period

  • You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange, without providing any reason.

  • After notifying us, you will have an additional 14 calendar days to send the item back.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging.

  • Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Hygiene or health products (such as brushes, grooming gloves) once the hygiene seal has been broken.

  • Pet food and snacks (perishable goods).

  • Gift cards and sale items.

Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Defect, damage, or incorrect item: PawMilia will cover the costs and provide a free replacement or full refund.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@pawmiliashop.com, including your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide all necessary instructions.

Refunds
