Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details.

Payments

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout. All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT (Value Added Tax).

Shipping

• Shipping is always 100% free.

• Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

• All orders include a tracking code.

• We make every effort to meet delivery times but cannot be held responsible for significant delays caused by force majeure (strikes, severe weather, customs delays).

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold by PawMilia are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee under EU law.

• Within the first 6 months, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. Customers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

• From month 7 to 2 years, customers still have rights but may be required to prove the defect was not caused by misuse.
